The Three Products To Get Clear Skin

Happy Hump Day! I can't believe that were already in the month of May. But I am excited that summer is approaching because it means more time for fun posts.

Today I will be sharing with you guys how I cleared my skin. At the beginning of the year, I showed you all the products I was going to try for my skin. If you missed that post you can check it out here: 2018 Skincare Challenge

Using these products over time I found out that they were clogging my pores and causing more acne and grease. So around March, I started taking a break from using any products on my face and just washed my face with water. Then, eventually my face was going back to "normal" and that's when I started doing tons of research on what products will work best for my skin. Truthfully, everyone has different skin so no matter what I would still have to purchase new products and try them out. Trying different products though can sometimes be pricey and you never finish the product. So instead I decided to see what products I already had and use them in different ways at different times. I finally found just three products that make my skin look clear and healthy.

Now I use two face cleansing products on my skin but I rotate with them. So if I were to use the St. Ives Acne Control today then I would use the Lacura Hydrating Facial Cleanser tomorrow. I do this because it gives my skin just the right amount of balance that each cleanser has to offer. Keeping your skin on a schedule is very important to see valuable results.

The first product I use is this St. Ives Acne Control Cleanser. It is truly one of my favorite skincare purchases and is very affordable. The smell of it is fruity and the product is made with beads as well which feels very soothing on your skin. I also apply this product to my upper chest and back to avoid acne in those areas as well.

The second product I use is the Lacura Hydrating Facial Cleanser. This product is also very affordable and I purchase it from the grocery store Aldis. This was one of the first products I started using at the beginning of the year and I thought that its chemicals were the problem with the clogging of my pores. But once I stopped using it with a lot of facial products I saw results. This cleanser feels like a lotion but once it hits your face you get a fresh and tingly feeling.

Moisturizer is the key essential to any skincare routine and this product by Shea Moisture is to die for. Though the smell isn't great it is made of Coconut Milk and Acacia Senegal. It is definitely on the cheaper side when it comes to average moisturizers as well (I got it for $11.99 at target). My favorite thing about this product is that it makes my skin feel soft but it doesn't make it greasy or oily. It also gives me a great morning glow which is essential when makeup isn't apart of your routine. This is a great product for those no makeup days as well.

I hope that my skincare routine can help you follow the right path for your skin. When it comes to caring for your skin it's very important that you do because it is your "moneymaker". When anyone looks at you the first thing they see is your face. That's why I am here to help give you facts on how to make it look poppin'. Now, remember the fewer products you use the better the results.
