Three Ways To Wear A Basic Long Sleeve To Thanksgiving Dinner

If you need help with your last-minute Thanksgiving outfit, no need to worry because today I am going to tell you how you can turn a basic staple piece into a comfy and cute look for Thanksgiving day. Today I decided to style a long sleeve tee three different ways and they all tell a different story. Scroll down below to see all these looks and how you can shop similar ones!

The Traditional Family Dinner

With this look, I simply styled the basic long sleeve with some ripped jeans and short black leather heels. Depending on where the dinner is held, you may want to wear jeans with little or no rips. I wanted this look to be as simple as possible and that is why I paired it with a gold wristlet and silver stud earrings. This outfit is perfect if you are staying inside a house, church, school, etc.

Your Fifth Cousin is Coming From Across The Country Dinner

This outfit gives the traditional family dinner outfit a run for its money. Since Thanksgiving is all about getting together with the family, you may have to dress a little nicer than usual and might need to ditch the heels to play with your little nieces, nephews, and cousins. For this look, I threw a tank top turtleneck sweater over the long sleeve and paired it with blue jeans and tan boots. This outfit is definitely for cooler weather, therefore I do not recommend it if you live in Florida. I decided to throw my hair in a bun to give more focus to the turtleneck and my gold hoops.

I'M GOING BLACK FRIDAY SHOPPING AFTER DINNER

This look is my all-time favorite because it features a nice layer of a coat and flat shoes. This outfit is perfect if you are planning to throw away your plate and head straight to the stores at 4 p.m. The backpack also adds more to this comfortable look because you don't have to worry about an extra bag weighing your arm down during your hectic shopping trips. I paired the long sleeve with some soft white jeggings and patent leather loafers. The shoes help to make the backpack stand out in the crowd. The jacket is also thin enough to not make you feel too hot in stores but I suggest not bringing one at all inside the stores because you will get hot regardless. I will be posting all the great sales on Thursday to help you find the best deals at local stores.
